So I ask you what are you grateful for? Every night I write 5 things I am grateful for in my 'Gratitude Journal'...most nights I could write on and on and on, but a coach suggested to me once that just picking 5 things takes the pressure off when the day hasn't been the best :-) And that's been great advise, except I am grateful to say, I have rarely had to struggle to put down 5 things!
So with that in mind, I'd like to suggest that maybe this would be a wonderful habit fr you to start. Any old notebook and a pen will do. I do mine at night, but I know of others that start their day off with gratitude jotting. Whatever way works best for you...but what is profound, which you will learn, is that when you say...
I Am Grateful
in writing, on paper, and send out that acknowledgement to the world, more good things come your way because you are now focused on what you are grateful for. Remember, every thought and every expression we share either with ourselves or to others, attracts more of the same...law of attraction works both ways, you know!
So Pass On A Smile...and attract one back!
