Okay, I had this conversation with someone very close to me and realized it is one a lot of people deal with. We make mountains out of mole hills and create a tidal wave of stress! I do it, so I'm not pointing any fingers, but I want to share a quick insight that might help you de-focus from the stress and move on.
I admit. it 'taint easy and some things can't be whisked away with a simple exercise, but for the little things in life that we automatically apply stress to...maybe you can switch that habit up a tad.
